Working with the Green Building Council South Africa (GBCSA), my job was to design the logo and Convention branding for the 2014 convention held in September at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC).
The concept behind the logo was a cityscape viewed from ground level looking up and the white negative space of the sky made up the shape of the African continent. The theme of the convention was “It’s time!” – speaking to the fact that Africa is making exciting progress and developing well in the Green Building Industry.
I designed the entire suite of marketing collateral from magazine adverts to emailers as well as the banner walls and stage backgrounds and certificates for the Green Leaders Award ceremony.
